Terms of Use

By browsing this site, registering for an account or making a purchase via this website you agree to be bound by these terms of use and privacy policy. The terms are:

• All sales made on this site are final, unless explicitly stated by Russell Interactive.

• We make no guarantees regarding shipping and delivery times. While we will always attempt to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we rely on third-party printing and shipping partners to fullfil and deliver orders.

• By ordering a product from this site you acknowledge that you have checked and confirmed that you are happy with the artwork, including the content, style, colours and quality. You also accept that art is subjective and stylist choices made by the artist do not directly impact perceived quality. For example, if grainy photography is used in an artwork, this is a stylistic choice and does not equate to the artwork being “low quality”.

• We will only ship to the shipping address you specify in an order. It is your responsibility to give us the correct shipping details.

• Copies may NOT be made of any artwork purchased on our site or via email. The only exception to this rule is when purchasing a digital download. If you are purchasing a digital download, you will have 30 days to download the image file (.zip format) and you may download it up to 4 times within that 30 day period. This is a non-exclusive, single print license. You may only use this image in the printing of one (1) product. Reselling or distributing this file is not permitted.

• Refunds will not be given under any circumstance, unless we send you the wrong product or the product arrives significantly damaged.

• By using this website you agree NOT to save, download, edit, print, duplicate, replicate, copy or share any image found on our site or servers.

• Further information regarding shipping, print sizing, returns etc. can be found on our FAQ’s page. By continuing to use this website, you confirm you have read the FAQs and understand the information contained therein.
