How are prints shipped?

Australian orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post. Orders over $400 in Victoria, New South Wales and ACT have the option of FREE shipping via standard Australia Post. International orders are shipped via International Air Mail. Specific couriers and delivery services depend on location. Unsigned, open edition prints are shipped directly from our print partners who may use slightly different delivery methods.

Are prints insured?

We guarantee that all prints will arrive undamaged. We use heavy duty packing materials, so damage in transit is very rare, But, on the off chance that a print does arrive damaged, just return it and we’ll get a replacement to you as soon as humanly possible.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Artwork?

In Australia, please allow up to 7 business days for open edition prints. Original artworks and limited edition prints may take slightly longer due to signing, numbering and additional handling.

Framed art and canvases take a little longer to manufacture, so please allow between 10-14 days for printing and framing.

International orders, please allow up to 21 business days for open edition prints. Original artworks and limited edition prints may take slightly longer due to signing, numbering and additional handling.

For urgent orders please contact us prior to ordering and faster deliver can be arranged.

How do I place an Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

To order digital downloads you must have an account in order to purchase and gain access to the purchased downloads. For all other purchases an account is not required. Instead of ordering through our online store you can simply email your order through to

and we can take care of it from there. Payment processing for email orders will be handled through Paypal.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Being that most of our prints are printed on demand, cost is incurred as soon as an order is placed. For this reason, orders can’t be changed or cancelled once they have been confirmed. If a mistake is made during the ordering process, please get in touch with us immediately and on rare occasions we may be able to make changes to an order before it has been printed or shipped BUT we offer no guarantees of this.

What is your returns policy?

If we have sent you the wrong product or a product is damaged in transit, please take photographs and let us know immediately so we can fix it. We guarantee all prints against damage and will generally resolve any issues within 48 hours. Rest assured these issues are rare. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns due to change of mind, change of requirements or other reasons. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen artworks and print options before finalising your order.

How does open edition sizing work?

For open edition prints, the following standard sizing applies. Please note that some cropping may occur in order to fit a particular artwork on chosen paper size. Not all sizing options are available for every artwork. Contact us for any custom print or frame sizing you may require.

Digital Downloads
Every artwork is unique and has different pixel dimensions and resolutions but generally speaking most open edition files can be printed at up to 150cm in width or 60 inches without noticeable print degradation.

Limited edition and original artwork details

Original artworks and limited edition print listings will generally include all of the specific details pertaining to the specific artwork, like run size, print dimensions, paper stock, medium etc. Please be aware that prints may be cropped slightly in conforming to a standard paper or canvas size.

Original artworks and limited edition prints can NOT be purchased as digital downloads.

Limited edition prints will include a small white border (outside the specified print dimensions). Under the printed image, the edition number will be written on the right and the print will be signed on the bottom left. These may or may not be visible after framing, depending on the matte board size you use. Frames and matte boards are NOT included in our limited edition print orders unless specified.

Original artworks and canvas prints may be signed on the back or front, depending on the individual artwork, medium etc.
